Decagon is seeking a hybrid builder-operator to join its Founder’s Office in San Francisco. This role involves architecting a living AI ecosystem to automate core business functions, rather than just managing static SaaS tools. Ideal for a "high-agency" individual, you will focus on deploying production-ready AI agents to amplify efficiency across all departments, from Sales to Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy AI Ecosystems: Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate business functions.
- Custom Internal Software Development: Utilize tools like Cursor, Claude, and Gumloop to bypass traditional development cycles and build tailored internal software.
- Workflow Automation: Bridge the gap between complex APIs and non-technical staff by creating seamless, automated workflows.
- Leverage Generative AI: Ensure the entire company maximizes productivity through generative AI, using tools like n8n for orchestration and SQL for data analysis.
- Rapid Iteration and Deployment: Ship dozens of AI-driven copilots and automations within the first 90 days.
Requirements
- Experience as a hybrid builder-operator.
- Proficiency in tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Gumloop.
- Ability to integrate complex APIs and create automated workflows.
- Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) and data analysis (e.g., SQL).
