Introduction

DevSavant is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the transition from AI experimentation to a fully integrated, AI-operationalized environment. As the AI Operations Manager, you will lead the AI Center of Excellence, reporting directly to the COO. Your primary role will be to transform manual business bottlenecks into streamlined, agentic workflows, serving as the crucial link between strategic ambition and the practical implementation of an AI-augmented workplace.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for generative and automation tools like Claude, Gemini, n8n, and Lovable.
• Architect logic-based systems following the 'vibe coding' philosophy.
• Organize company-wide hackathons to foster a culture of 'vibe coding'.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team members' prompt engineering skills and alleviate AI-related change anxiety.
• Track the company's progress on the Gartner AI Maturity Scale with the goal of achieving full operational status by late Q3.

Requirements

• Visionary leadership to drive AI operationalization.
• Expertise in generative AI and automation tools (Claude, Gemini, n8n, Lovable).
• Ability to architect logic-based systems.
• Experience in organizing and leading innovation events like hackathons.
• Strong communication and training skills for AI literacy and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of AI maturity models (e.g., Gartner AI Maturity Scale).
