This role is part of the Binance Accelerator Program, a fixed-term initiative designed for early career talent to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will experience life at Binance, understand the inner workings of the leading blockchain ecosystem, and benefit from networking and development opportunities to expand their professional network and build transferable skills.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered tools such as coding assistants, knowledge retrieval systems, and workflow automation.
Develop LLM-powered applications for code generation, code understanding, and test automation.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify pain points and implement AI-driven solutions.
Experiment with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
Basic understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and experience with tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot.
Comfortable working with APIs and understanding system connectivity.
Proactive and takes initiative without constant supervision.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
