Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer | Data Scientist to join an innovative R&D team dedicated to intelligent automation and digital transformation. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with cutting-edge artificial intelligence, data engineering, and machine learning systems at scale, focusing on designing and deploying real-world solutions across various industries, from robotics to advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of data science, machine learning, and applied AI engineering. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data pipelines, develop and train models, and support the deployment of AI-powered solutions to achieve measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable AI and data science pipelines for multimodal datasets (visual, sensor, and real-time data).
• Implement self-supervised and generative AI workflows for data labeling and model improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical AI/ML solutions.
• Develop machine learning models for prediction, optimization, and automation.
• Apply data visualization and analytics techniques to deliver actionable insights.
• Support simulation-to-real workflows and AI deployment pipelines.
• Document results, publish technical findings, and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in AI, data science, or machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience building or maintaining machine learning models and datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) or multimodal data.
• Exposure to self-supervised or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or dashboarding tools for insight delivery.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management and MLOps.
