This role focuses on architecting bespoke automation pipelines and agentic systems using the Claude API to address complex logistical challenges. Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of construction workflows by building bespoke AI applications.
• Architect custom automation pipelines and agentic systems.
• Leverage the Claude API to solve complex logistical problems.
• Collaborate directly with department leads to transform business pain points into intelligent software solutions.
• Contribute to technical strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (Next.js/React).
• Experience with AI infrastructure, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
• Willingness to use AI-first tooling such as Cursor, Lovable, and Claude Code for rapid development.
• Based in Florida (Naples, Orlando, or Tampa).
