Introduction

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building and deploying AI applications into production. This isn't about theoretical proof-of-concepts; it's about creating functional systems that deliver tangible results for organizations. Based in Amsterdam, you will design and implement LLM-powered solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, AI agents, internal copilots, and robust evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship LLM-powered solutions:
  • Retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
  • AI agents
  • Internal copilots
  • Evaluation frameworks to ensure model integrity
• Work hands-on with Python, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock, vector databases, and modern MLOps tools.
• Treat prompts and pipelines with the same rigor as any other production code.
• Act as a sparring partner for product owners, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Translate technical possibilities into commercially viable outcomes.
• Advocate for the best technical solutions, even if they are not the easiest.

Requirements

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms like Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
