Introduction

Are you skilled at identifying AI opportunities and translating them into impactful business cases and strategies? Do you help companies, from startups to large corporations, maximize the potential of the latest AI techniques? If so, we are looking for you!

As an AI Consultant at Team Rockstars IT, you will be the driving force behind the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions for our diverse clients. You will analyze business processes, identify AI opportunities, and collaborate closely with our AI Engineers to design and implement innovative solutions. You are an expert at translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for stakeholders at all levels, acting as a bridge between technology and business.

You have proven experience in designing and implementing AI strategies and guiding organizations through their digital transformation. You are also up-to-date with the latest developments in the AI domain and are driven to apply this knowledge in practical projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI applications.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Work closely with data scientists and AI Engineers for the development of algorithms and models.
• Guide clients in the adoption of AI solutions and continuously optimize them.
• Train and coach stakeholders on the possibilities of AI.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or university degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Administration with a strong technical component.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an AI Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Benefits

• An annual contract for 32, 36, or 40 hours with the intention of a permanent contract.
• A salary between €4,000 and €7,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and skills.
