As an AI Architect, you will be the driving force behind implementing advanced AI systems for our clients. You will translate complex business challenges into scalable and robust AI architectures. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the designed solutions align seamlessly with the organization's needs and strategy. You have a vision for the latest AI technologies and know how to apply them practically. You are a Rockstars IT specialist, which means you are driven to share your knowledge with your colleagues and together achieve the best for yourself and Team Rockstars IT.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement robust and scalable AI architectures.
• Select appropriate technologies and tools (including Azure, AWS, GCP, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) for specific AI solutions.
• Advise clients on AI strategies, best practices, and governance.
• Mentor and coach junior and medior AI engineers.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and machine learning and proactively apply them.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an AI Architect, Lead Data Scientist, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical models.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficient in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty).
