Introduction

As an Agile Coach at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams with agile methodologies to increase productivity and drive positive change. Your expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe will help streamline processes and improve team performance. With exceptional social, motivational, and leadership skills, you will facilitate collaboration and promote agile adoption within organizations. Your primary focus will be on leading and coaching teams, applying your facilitating skills to effectively implement agile practices and achieve successful results.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in applying agile methodologies to enhance productivity and foster positive change.
• Streamline processes and improve team performance using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Facilitate collaboration and promote agile adoption through strong social, motivational, and leadership skills.
• Lead and coach teams to effectively implement agile practices and achieve successful outcomes.
• Understand organizations and elevate them to optimal levels.
• Act decisively in challenging situations and serve as a valuable link between different parts of the organization.
• Support clients autonomously in achieving their best results.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's (HBO) degree.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Agile Coach.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and/or Lean, and possession of relevant certifications (e.g., PSM, PSPO, PAL-E, Lean Six Sigma, PSK).
• Experience in providing Agile and DevOps training.
• Experience with scaling Agile within an organization.
• Expertise in one or more of the following sectors is a plus: financial sector, public sector, utilities, and/or logistics.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
