About the Position

This position bridges the gap between high-level architectural intuition and production-grade execution by leveraging AI models to navigate complex legacy codebases.

Responsibilities

Agentic Development: Design multi-step loops where Large Language Models (LLMs) reason through system constraints and generate enterprise-ready code.
Modernization at Scale: Apply vibe-coding principles to evolve Java and C# stacks within the rigorous compliance frameworks of the financial sector.
Quality & Rigor: Integrate AI-generated code into robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring every prompt-driven output meets strict security and audit requirements.

Requirements

Experience working with LLMs, specifically in orchestration and code generation.
Proficiency in Java and C#.
Understanding of financial sector compliance frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with security and audit requirements for production software.
Typically 5-10 years of experience (inferred from tags).
