Introduction

GraceMark Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design and develop AI agents for high-impact pilots and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for a global retail client. This onsite role in Secaucus, NJ, offers significant visibility and requires an agile, problem-solving mindset within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess hands-on expertise in agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based application development, working closely with business and technology teams to rapidly translate requirements into functional AI agents and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Agent Development & Prototyping: Design and build AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or similar. Rapidly prototype and deliver POCs aligned with business use cases. Translate functional requirements into working agent-based solutions.
• AI/LLM Solution Engineering: Develop and integrate LLM-based applications and workflows. Design prompt strategies, orchestration logic, and agent interactions. Optimize the performance and scalability of AI agents.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements. Support innovation initiatives and AI-led reimagination programs.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Drive rapid experimentation cycles and iterative improvements. Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and approaches in the agentic AI space.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of strong hands-on experience in agentic AI frameworks or AI agent development.
• Proficiency in Python and LLM-based application development.
• Experience in Generative AI (GenAI) use cases and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to quickly translate requirements into working solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
