Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and growing our affiliate partnerships within the US market. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners in the US.
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and commission structures.
• Provide affiliates with necessary marketing materials, tools, and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align affiliate strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance and market insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or account management, specifically targeting the US market.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Native or fluent English speaker.
• Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate.
