Introduction

Binance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant or Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our global operations. Responsibilities

• Manage and execute month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on month-end close, controls, and reporting.
• Solid understanding and practical application of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to work, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across diverse departments and geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment and adapt quickly to change.
