Account Manager - East Region

Are you ready to rock? Team Rockstars IT is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Den Bosch. As one of the fastest-growing IT recruitment agencies in the Netherlands, we are on a mission to provide IT professionals with the most meaningful careers. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the East region by acquiring new clients and projects, advising our 'Rockstars' (IT professionals) on ideal matches, and guiding the entire recruitment process. This is a unique opportunity to connect talented IT professionals with leading organizations and contribute to our revolution in IT recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively expanding your network and client base in the East of the Netherlands.
• Provide expert advice to clients on their IT challenges and how Team Rockstars IT solutions can meet their needs.
• Collaborate with our IT professionals to understand their career aspirations and present them to suitable clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiations.
• Work closely with Recruitment and People & Culture colleagues to ensure successful placements and ongoing support for our IT professionals.

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working ability.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, sales, or detachering (staffing/secondment), preferably within the IT sector.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• A proactive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong results orientation.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
