Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Present our AI solutions to potential clients and conduct demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals, focusing on long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
• Continuously stay informed about market trends and competition to optimize our strategy.
• Contribute actively to the development and growth of the startup.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar commercial role, preferably within a SaaS or tech startup.
• A true 'hunter' with a proven track record in generating new business and closing deals.
• Affinity with AI and technology, quickly able to master complex concepts.
• Intrinsically motivated, results-oriented, and possessing excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
